“I tried to call your company # listed on my recycle bin but nobody is responding to that. I live in woodbridge. Community name 2nd greenwood Townhomes. My address 4702 Hersand Court which is off of Savannah Drive. Please replace my recycle bin as it is completely broken because of rough handling.” -

Terrible customer service
“Had their service for 5 years. They charge $1.50 per bag for yard waste so I changed to another company for waste disposal that does not charge extra for yard waste removal. I canceled service with Evergreen with 2 months remaining on my current paid service. I called twice inquiring on my refund and it was not until I followed up in writing that I got my refund, a full two months after I canceled service. Evergreen even withheld $5.00 for mailing fee. I am appalled with this type of customer service. I am sure I would have been charged a late fee if I paid my bill a full two months late.”
